  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until oil separates.
  4. Add heavy cream and kasuri methi, simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add garam masala and adjust seasoning.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
