  1. For Chole: Pressure cook soaked chickpeas with salt until tender.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato puree and all spices, cook until oil separates.
  5. Add cooked chickpeas and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  6. For Bhature: Mix flour, yogurt, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  7. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
  8. Divide dough into balls and roll into circles.
  9. Deep fry until golden and puffed up.
  10. Serve hot bhature with chole, onion rings, and pickle.
