  1. Wash spinach thoroughly and blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drain and blend spinach to make a smooth puree.
  3. Heat butter/ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  4. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  7. Add spinach puree and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Add paneer cubes, cream, and all spices.
  9. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot with roti or rice.
