  1. Mix yogurt with all dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  2. Add paneer cubes and vegetables to the marinade.
  3. Let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Thread paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
  5. Brush with mustard oil.
  6. Grill in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Turn skewers halfway through cooking.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney.
