Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
- 400g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 capsicum, cut into chunks
- 1 tomato, cut into chunks
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Mix yogurt with all dry spices, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes and vegetables to the marinade.
- Let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Thread paneer and vegetables onto skewers.
- Brush with mustard oil.
- Grill in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
- Turn skewers halfway through cooking.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with mint chutney.
